Official Rules – Voltage Bins Car Giveaway Promotion

1. Sponsor Information

This promotion is sponsored by Voltage Bins, located at 311 S Dishman Mica Rd. STE 102 Spokane Valley, Washington 99206.​

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Washington and Idaho who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Voltage Bins, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.​

3. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on April 11, 2025 and ends on August 31, 2025, at 7:00pm.​

4. How to Enter

• Purchase      Entry: Receive one (1) entry for each item purchased at Voltage Bins      during the promotion period.
• Free      Entry: To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name,      mailing address (must be in Washington or Idaho), phone number, and email      address on a 3x5-inch card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Voltage      Bins, 311 S Dishman Mica Rd. STE 102 Spokane Valley, WA 99206, Attn: Car      Giveaway Entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2025, and      received by August 31.​ **NOTE: Mail-in entry card      and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. In addition,      Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization to assist      with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Sponsor). Each      Envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not      be accepted. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; request      for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day.​

5. Release and Limitations OF Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (iii) printing errors; (iv) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of the Prize (defined below). Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Except as expressly provided above, IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE. By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize. Released Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Sweepstakes is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, pandemic, or any other condition beyond their control. 

6. Prize Description

- Grand Prize: Winner will receive either:

• A 2011,      Cadillac, SRX (Approximate Retail Value: $15,000), OR
• A $10,000      cash alternative, at the sole discretion of the winner.

- All taxes, title, licensing, registration fees, and any other expenses incurred as a result of receiving the vehicle (or cash) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

- Winner must take delivery of the vehicle at a time and location determined by Voltage Bins. No substitutions, exchanges, or transfers of prize are permitted, except as provided above.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be held on August 31, 2025, after store closing. The winner does not need to be present to win. The winner will be notified by phone within 3 days following the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 30 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.​

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.​

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.​ Washington State Gambling Commission

10. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Voltage Bins to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.​

11. General Conditions

Voltage Bins reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Voltage Bins' reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Voltage Bins in its sole discretion.​

12. Winner List

To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Voltage Bins, 311 S Dishman Mica Rd STE 102, Spokane Valley, Washington 99206 Attn: Car Giveaway Winner List, by September 10, 2025.​

13. Compliance with Laws

This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
